Subscription Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your Prepito subscription at any time. This policy explains how cancellation works and what to expect.
1. How to cancel
You can cancel from your account billing settings, or by contacting [support@prepito.example]. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal.
2. Access until the end of your billing period
When you cancel, you keep access to paid content until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, your subscription will not renew and paid access ends.
3. Cancellation is not the same as a refund
Cancelling stops future charges. It does not automatically trigger a refund of the current period. Refunds are handled separately under our Refund Policy.
4. Failed or missed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend paid access until payment succeeds. If payment cannot be collected, the subscription may lapse.
5. Changing plans
You can switch plans (for example monthly to annual). Plan changes take effect according to the options shown at checkout; any difference in price is handled at that time.
6. Cancelling vs deleting your account
Cancelling your subscription stops billing but keeps your account and study history. Deleting your account is a separate action that removes your account and associated data, subject to our Privacy Policy and any retention we are legally required to keep.
