Refund Policy
We want Prepito to be a fair purchase. This policy explains when refunds may and may not be granted for subscription payments.
1. Subscription payments
Prepito is sold as a subscription. Because you get immediate access to digital study content, payments are generally non-refundable except as set out below or where a refund is required by applicable law.
2. When a refund may be granted
- A duplicate or accidental charge for the same period.
- A confirmed technical fault on our side that prevented you from accessing the content you paid for, and that we could not resolve in a reasonable time.
- Where a refund is required under applicable consumer-protection law.
3. When a refund may be refused
- You have used or substantially accessed the content during the billing period.
- You changed your mind after access was granted, outside any mandatory cooling-off period.
- The request relates to exam results or outcomes, which we do not guarantee.
- The account was suspended or terminated for breach of our Academic Integrity Policy or terms.
4. Annual plans
Annual plans are charged upfront for the full term. Cancelling an annual plan stops future renewals but does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of the current term unless one of the conditions above applies.
5. How to request a refund
Email [support@prepito.example] from the address on your account, with your order details and the reason for the request.
6. Processing time and processor limitations
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing typically takes [e.g. within 2 business days] on our side; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank and our payment processor, and is outside our control.
